Terms and Conditions for Floribunda Rose Hire

General

All goods remain the property of Floribunda Rose. The hirer undertakes not to sell, offer to sell, assign charge, pledge or underlet, lend or otherwise deal with the products hired unless agreed with Floribunda Rose.

Hire Period

Hire period is as agreed at time of booking.

Booking

Full payment is required at time of booking.

Collection and return of FR Hire items

All FR Hire items must be collected from FR Studio which is located at:

Collection and return of FR Hire items is within the hours or 9am and 5pm – Collection or return outside of these times may be possible but will incur additional charges.

A 1-hour time slot for collections and returns to the FR studio will be arranged at the time of booking.

Hired items must be returned intact and as sent out. A cleaning fee for dirty items is included in the hire price stated on FR Hire website.

Items returned must be free of flowers, foliage, any mechanics (unless supplied by Floribunda Rose) and must be emptied of water.

The hirer or an appointed person will be required to inspect and sign for the goods at the time of collection. We will check returned items upon return to FR Studio.

All hired items remain your responsibility until they have been returned to FR studio.

You must therefore make every effort to ensure that goods are kept safe and secure.

Orders

We reserve the right to substitute items in the event of breakages, delayed returns or lost items. These will be communicated as soon as we are aware of any issues.

We reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order should the requested items be unavailable and will refund in full any payments that you have made.

Security/Damage Deposit, Care & Damages

The hirer will pay for the replacement of any non-returned, damaged or broken items at the price set out on the FR Hire website page.

If any damage is noted upon return, or any items are missing, an invoice will be issued to cover the replacement of the item hired, which will require payment in full from the hirer within 5 days of invoice being sent.

If you are arranging an independent courier or delivery service to collect and return items from us, any damage caused to items during transit will be held responsible by the hirer, not the company providing delivery or FR Hire. If the hire items are not returned on the agreed date/time there will be an additional charge.

If an independent courier is arranged by the hirer to deliver and collect your items, it will be the responsibility of the hirer to ensure all hired items are securely repacked in the boxes/bags provided by FR Hire ready for the courier to collect. In the event that the hired items have not been repacked in time for the courier collection by the hirer as agreed or are insufficiently packaged to ensure their safe return journey, a charge to the hirer will be issued to cover replacement.

Cancellation

We ask for all cancellations to be emailed to us as soon as possible. In the event of any cancellation or reschedule, any booking fee or deposit that has been paid remains non-refundable. If cancellation notice is made less than 90 days prior to hire date the hirer will be liable for the full contracted price of the entire booking.

Responsibility of the hirer

FR Hire accepts no responsibility for any loss or injury caused by the use of any equipment/hire items.

The hirer is responsible for insuring FR Hire products and accepts responsibility for their use throughout the duration of the hire.

The hirer remains fully responsible for the hired goods in the event of being dealt with by a third party.

Any additions or alterations of the terms and conditions of this agreement shall be null and void unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Complaints about Floribunda Rose product or service

In the event that the event commissioner is not satisfied with the Floribunda Rose product or service, any complaints should be addressed in writing in the first instance to:

We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions of Floribunda Rose products or services from time to time. We will inform the event commissioner of any changes to the Floribunda Rose terms and conditions. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate Floribunda Rose products or services for any reason at any time.
